The best way to use this guide? Each DAY, watch the video first.
Play it once, right through. Your goal? Understand the big picture and the goals.
Then play it a second time. This time, "Do The DAY" as you follow the video.

Download Videos for Offline Viewing
Follow these two easy steps to download and organize the AG Videos locally...
Step #1) In the Table of Contents below, begin with the Video Demo Introduction file. Click its Download Center button. Select either the male or female voice .exe file.
Choosing "Run" starts a self-extracting program (or StuffIt Expander for Mac users) which saves this file to your desktop (or your folder of choice). Upon installation, it unzips to a folder labeled "SBI! Video Guide."
Inside that folder, open the ReadMeFirst.txt file to get you off to a flying start.
Please note: The ReadMeFirst.txt file also contains instructions on how to organize your video downloads, if you decide to download several or the whole set of videos.
Step #2) Next select and download whichever Video in the Table of Contents interests you. (You may decide to download and watch one video at a time, or you may prefer to download the whole set in one session and then watch each video as needed.)
The downloading process changes for subsequent videos, if you plan to download more than one or two. Be sure to read and follow the downloading and organizational advice outlined in the Video Demo Introduction's ReadMeFirst.txt file.
